1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Items that are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (not caused by us)

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance or sale items (if marked as non-returnable)

  • Personal care or hygiene products (for safety reasons)


2. Return Timeframe

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or video proof (for damaged or wrong items)

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.


4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or store credit (depending on your payment method).

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
